Science Battle Cards are a gamified active recall system designed to replace boring flashcards. By turning definitions, formulas, and key concepts into a competitive "Trump-style" game, students revise without realizing they are studying.
Why they work better than notes
Most students passively read their notes, which feels like work but doesn't build memory. Battle Cards force Active Retrieval: to win the card, you have to know the answer. This strengthens the neural pathways needed for exam success.
